The whole hotel is permeated with beautiful architecture dating back to the beginning of the previous century. The Café Grand been a well-known first class restaurant since 1927. At that time, it was a café for the cream of the local society where soloists invited from Tallinn used to perform. In the Soviet period, it served as a public catering establishment called Võit, and had an orchestra playing twice a day. The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 22:00. The Lobby-bar is open 24 hours.
